For us, sustainability is not politics, but passion. Throughout the value chain, we focus on responsibility:
\nWe source only wood from Europe from sustainably managed, certified forests.<\/p>\n

Short delivery routes increase security of supply and reduce transport costs.<\/p>\n

Wood stores carbon throughout its growth. Used as a material, it creates a sink for CO\u2082 and this is increased by cascading use. We call this: Closing the production cycle!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n

The environmental benefits of wood are scientifically well established: Many wood products require significantly less energy to produce than materials such as plastic, metal or concrete. Depending on the application, wood hybrids can save CO\u2082 compared to other materials and are often lighter than other materials.<\/p>\n

Wood products are kept in circulation for as long as possible and can be recycled or \u2013 if appropriate \u2013 recycled for energy purposes at the end of their useful life. During recycling, the stored carbon is retained for longer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
