The calculation illustrates the different potentials of the materials and shows the contribution wood can make to a more climate-friendly construction method.

The results serve as guidance in early project phases and support an initial assessment of possible CO₂ savings. A technical design and feasibility assessment of the component are carried out on a project-specific basis.
