SUSTAINABILITY IS OUR SPECIAL ABILITY.
For us, sustainability is not politics, but passion. Throughout the value chain, we focus on responsibility:
We source only wood from Europe from sustainably managed, certified forests.
Short delivery routes increase security of supply and reduce transport costs.
Wood stores carbon throughout its growth. Used as a material, it creates a sink for CO₂ and this is increased by cascading use. We call this: Closing the production cycle!
The environmental benefits of wood are scientifically well established: Many wood products require significantly less energy to produce than materials such as plastic, metal or concrete. Depending on the application, wood hybrids can save CO₂ compared to other materials and are often lighter than other materials.
Wood products are kept in circulation for as long as possible and can be recycled or – if appropriate – recycled for energy purposes at the end of their useful life. During recycling, the stored carbon is retained for longer.
We think ahead.
Generations ahead.
For us, sustainability means thinking beyond the current production cycle. We are already considering which trees our grandchildren should harvest. To this end, we are guided by forestry, which thinks and acts beyond generations in its actions.
Climate-friendly forests and material use are essential factors in the fight against climate change. Because for the future, only timber sales guarantee income that enables sustainable forestry. This will guarantee biodiversity and stability of air and water, as well as safety and recreation.
That is why we develop our products along a European value chain that guarantees resource conservation, regional procurement and forest management to high standards.

Our most important employee is nature. It guarantees us sustainable resources and deserves respect. That is why we only use wood from European certified forests, which are carefully managed and adapted to climate change.
By using regionally available timber stocks, we strengthen economic cycles and increase security of supply. Nature is the basis for our innovations. We preserve and give back by carefully using and protecting its potential.
Wood: Stock!
Wood is not only a material, but also a geopolitically relevant raw material. Our wood sources from climate-fit European forests make us less dependent on global crises.
Regionally sourced timber shortens transport routes and secures supplies even in uncertain times. This keeps production stable and allows us to guarantee reliable serial production – without raw material shortages or supply chain risks.
The changed climatic conditions also require long-term adaptations in forestry to sustainably secure wood, the only natural mass raw material. For Styria in particular, as one of the most wooded federal states, the strategic further development of the forest is a key question for the future. As a manufacturer of lightweight, high-performance wooden components, we deliberately rely on climate-resilient hardwood species such as beech and birch: Beech as a supporting tree species of stable, climate-fit mixed forests and birch as one of the first growing tree species on temporarily damaged areas. High-quality material use of hardwood with high regional added value not only strengthens the economy, but also contributes significantly to the long-term stability of the environment and climate.
